Our new build project consisting of two two bedroomed houses is nearing completion in Monyhull Hall Road, Kings Norton,
with FOR SALE boards now going up..


The have been built to NHBC standards and of course feature energy rated UPVC windows and a conservatory.

satisfaction surveyIn 2011 Birmingham Glass Services Ltd achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 99.87% (A-C) based on a questionnaire sent out sent to all private installations asking them to rate different aspects of the job 

A – Excellent

B – Good

C – Satisfactory

D – Unsatisfactory

E – Poor


This was based on a total of 130 jobs completed with 72.7% response rate.

compressor with a brand new state of the art Atlas Copco GX5 machine which will dramatically improve in reliability as well being far more energy efficient.

Mick Skerrett and his partners founded West Heath based BIRMINGHAM GLASS SERVICES LIMITED in the late eighties.


More than twenty years on, from its factory and retail counter at 1 Lightning Way, West Heath, BIRMINGHAM GLASS SERVICES LIMITED now encompasses three trading divisions – UPVC manufacture & installation, glass supply / glazing works and building refurbishment as well as operating a trade / retail sales counter.


The main work for the company is now via UPVC contracts, for both domestic and commercial customers.  We fabricate and install our own UPVC doors, windows, doors and conservatories for both trade customers and members of the public using Deceuninck – Heritage 2800 profile. 


We employ over twenty members of staff who are all fully trained and qualified. Our years of experience mean that we are qualified to deal with all types of  glass and glazing requirements to suit our clients needs.


Over the years we have built up close working relationships with local housing authorities and health authorities including the National Health Trust, Birmingham City Council (schools) and Bournville Village Trust .


The office and retail counter at 1 Lightning Way, West Heath, are open to both trade customers and the general public five days a week.  Opening hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and we welcome visitors at any time.
